By creating an account or using adnexglobal.live, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What We Are

adnexglobal.live is an advertising safelist and social network where members earn credits by viewing advertisements and engaging with community posts, and spend those credits (or purchase additional credits) to promote their own offers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not post, transmit, or advertise:

Illegal content of any kind, including content that violates local, national, or international law.
Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic material.
Fraudulent schemes, phishing, pyramid schemes, "get-rich-quick" scams, or any deceptive offers.
Malware, viruses, or links to harmful software.
Hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence.
Copyrighted material you do not have rights to distribute.

4. Enforcement

Accounts that violate the rules in Section 3 will be banned immediately and without prior warning. Any unused credits, ad purchases, or memberships on a banned account are forfeited and non-refundable. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. One person, one account. Multi-account abuse is grounds for permanent ban.

6. Payments & Credits

Purchases of advertising credits, packages, and premium memberships are processed by PayPal or other listed payment methods. All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific results from advertising on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, adnexglobal.live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
