No Refund Policy

All purchases made on adnexglobal.live are final and non-refundable once the digital credits, advertising packages, or premium membership benefits have been delivered to your account.

1. Why No Refunds?

We sell digital products — advertising credits, promotional packages, and premium membership access — that are delivered instantly. Once these digital goods are credited to your account, they cannot be returned or "un-used", which is why all sales are final.

2. What Is Non-Refundable

  • Advertising credits (any quantity, purchased via PayPal, crypto, or any other method).
  • Banner, text-ad, mailer, and login-ad packages.
  • Premium / Pro / VIP memberships and any recurring subscription tiers.
  • Add-on services and upgrades.

3. Banned Accounts

Accounts that are banned for violating our Terms of Service (illegal, adult, or fraudulent content) forfeit all remaining credits, packages, and memberships. No refund will be issued.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute for a delivered digital product is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate transaction), contact support@adnexglobal.live within 7 days of the transaction with your PayPal transaction ID. We will investigate and, if a genuine billing error is confirmed, reverse the duplicate charge.
